Founded in 2025 by Heather Ibach, LMAC, LCSW, Calming Waves Therapy is a private practice dedicated to providing hope and healing to individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Rooted in empathy and therapeutic insight, our mission is to support each person’s unique journey toward growth through personalized, one-on-one care. Whether you're seeking clarity, recovery, or simply a safe space to be heard, Calming Waves Therapy offers a grounding space in emotional waves — where healing begins with connection.

Services are provided on an individual basis, available by appointment, with treatment plans customized to each individual's specific goals and needs. For substance use, Level I (Outpatient) individual, services are offered.
Insurances accepted: BCBS, ND Medicaid, Medicare, Sanford, and UnitedHealthcare
Self-pay options are available and can be discussed at time of initial contact.
DUI evaluations are charged at $250 and payment is due at the time of service.
